Another Fun Lake Weekend!

Another great weekend at the lake and another weekend Jake dreams about getting a Boat and a Trailer of his own. =) Trailer should be in the near future but a boat!? Yeah - still a dream for many years. Anyhow - this weekend was a lot of fun! We had our friends Mike, Kym and Finn up on Sunday and had a great time! I used to work with Kym and she's always so much fun - it's gret that we've stayed in touch. Finn is such a sweetheart and quite the Trouper with little naps, lots of sun and his first boat ride. It's gotta be tough for these little guys! Also - I have a new camera - Jake accidently drop and broke my old one so I took A TON of pics this weekend (Kym is my twin in this area though) - they turned out okay but I have some tweaking to do with my camera. Anyhow - below are a few (yes, just a few) from this weekend. It was a good time!

The first pic is my fave. She loves the lake and always has so much fun but is ready when it's time to go.

This second one was after a dump in the lake (read tubing below) - lol - she wasn't too happy but dealt well and was over it quick. =)

Okay, "Tubing". The first pic is her being pulled in the tube by hand. Poor Papa was probably getting exhausted but it was great and got her ready for the real thing. Being pulled by the boat (at a SUPER slow speed of course). She was SO excited. It was very cute!

Our tube is pretty old. Like when us adults were all kiddos old so - we realized it can't handle as much weight as we were attempting. Eeeek! First pic is all smiles before we had taken off but in the second pic you can see the water rolling over the front of the tube as they begin to sink. =( Needless to say the tube flipped and Reagan freaked! Jake had her and she was in her life vest but I'm sure it was not what she expected. She did so awesome though! We were all so bummed for her and figured it would be awhile before she'd try that again but she has her Mommy's determination and said "Next time with Mommy, Daddy's too big". And of course - the very next day, Papa went and bought a new, bigger, two man tube so when she is ready - we will be too!

Miss Taylor is our Ham. Pressing her face on the RV screen here. If Papa saw her doing this - he'd kill Mommy and Mana. But she was so cute and hilarious we had to encourage it.

Oh my. This pic is hilarious! Mommy was stuck in her wakeboard bindings and Papa to the rescue again. Mommy couldn't stop laughing which did not help the situation. She was using Uncle Adam's board and is realizing she'll need one of her own. I'm sure it was great entertainment though.
